About the Owner / Our Team
Lakeway's owner Chris Sonafrank was raised right here in Clemmons. Chris became the US Marketing Director for Ferrari America but was laid off. After this, he spent time with his family and assisted a friend with his lawn service a few days a week. This would culminate in his son pitching him the idea of starting his own business which he started in 2004. Chris did not have a mower at the time, but he used what he had to start doing small gigs.
The hard work that Chris and his crews put in since those early days has paid off, helping Lakeway to grow exponentially and continue doing high quality work, for a high quality community.
Our Commitment to the Community
Lakeway Landscaping is also a hub for donations to the Clemmons Food Pantry, who has been in the community’s service as long as we have (2004). However, their mission is one of a humanitarian endeavor.
Since their start as a Sunday School Group at Clemmons United Methodist Church they have provided services to over 175,000 people in need. This is something that Chris and the staff wish to support as much as we can. So if you feel so inclined, we would love to see you stop by our office to drop off your donations to aid them in their mission to eliminate hunger in Forsyth County.
